Chamomile Lemongrass Mint Facial Steam

Herbal facial steams are amazing for the skin and a wonderful way to relax after a busy week. The steam helps to dislodge clogged pores and stimulates circulation.   Here is a skin purifying and soothing herbal facial steam recipe. All you need is :- 1 medium size heatproof bowlHot boiling water A clean hand towel  1 teaspoon chamomile flowers1/2 teaspoon of mint1/2 teaspoon of lemongrass To begin, tie your hair back and cleanse your face. Place the chamomile flowers, mint and lemongrass in the bowl and fill it up with hot boiling water.  Place the towel over your head and steep your face in the steam for 3 -5 mins*.
